Rensselaer Union Dining
We are committed to offering you a wide variety of options with flexible hours at every meal. In addition to multiple beverages available, we offer an extensive salad bar, pizza w/ daily special, and a “sweet” selection of desserts! Each dining room offers two or three entrees at each meal as well as large deli and grill programs. All deli and grill selections are prepared “to order” — just for you!
The dining rooms offer an ever-increasing variety of vegetarian and vegan options. If you have a specific request or idea - seek out your dining room manager. We are always looking for new and exciting products and recipes!
